Jim LaVallee specializes in real estate investment analysis and asset repositioning. A former Vice President at Citicorp Real Estate and consultant for CB Commercial, Jim combines institutional finance experience with deep valuation expertise. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Finance from Georgia State University and the prestigious MAI designation. Outside the office, Jim is a dedicated community volunteer and an avid outdoorsman who enjoys mountain biking and skiing with his wife, Lyn, and their two children.
