It has been a great year managing Epic Gardens Apartments. We currently have wonderful tenants and an excellent staff, which creates a very nice community for which to live or work. This safe and comfortable environment was exemplified during the annual Halloween candy handout where Sandy and Kori greeted kids with delicious treats as they got off the school bus. Please click here to see the Halloween Post.

Sandy, who had been working for EpiCity for 34 years retired at the end of 2012. She has been a pivotal part of our organization and although we are sad to see her go, we are happy to have gotten the chance to spend 34 years with her!

Epic Gardens also received some press coverage over the past year being featured on the show Atlanta Live as well as in an article from the Atlanta Journal Constitution describing the multiple generations of the Stokes family who have worked for and are working at EpiCity.  Please click here to see the article.

It is for all of these very reasons that we moved from having ten vacant units at the beginning of the year, a 91% Occupancy, to having only two vacant units by the end, a whopping 98% occupancy! Congratulations to everyone who helped make this happen and we all look forward to another prosperous year.
