Studioplex
Studioplex, LLC owns a nine-acre mixed use project on Auburn Avenue in Atlanta’s Old Fourth Ward neighborhood in the former cotton warehouse and has partnered with Columbia Ventures. The joint venture completed a 375-space parking deck in January 2017, and has plans for 19 townhomes above 32,000 square feet of retail with BeltLine frontage. The retail will include a variety of restaurants and stores, as well as office space. Future building will include another small townhouse community and a mid-rise building on the BeltLine featuring residential condominiums over office space and a boutique hotel. This development is close to The Water Tower Stacks townhomes completed by Epic Development in 2015, as well as more recent developments by Epic including four15 stacks and coming soon, Stacks on Daniel.
Memorial Drive Corridor
There continues to be new activity along the Memorial Drive corridor. We’ve seen trending urban development east from the downtown connector to Moreland Avenue for the past few years and it continues to be one of Atlanta’s biggest development booms. With close proximity to downtown and the Atlanta BeltLine Eastside Trail, it’s going to be a spot to watch for years to come. Epic Partners has been involved in a number of projects along Memorial Drive and are currently pursuing other opportunities in the corridor.
