That’s how several recent transactions came about. In one, a prospect came across a listing for EpiCity’s Powers Ferry Business Park. The out-of-state business was looking to expand into the Atlanta market. They wanted to have great access to the I-75 and I-285. We went about the challenging task of ferreting out options including those lurking in the shadows and not readily available in the market databases. After much data sleuthing and some old fashioned shoe leather, we found what they needed.
Another client we’ve been working with is headquartered overseas. They needed a distribution center/warehouse. At first, the company inquired about EpiCity’s Armour Junction and thought they needed a smaller space, but after talking more about their needs, they have decided to double the original space they had in mind and looking at space in the 4,000 – 6,000 SF range. Their wish list included a reception area, a show room in the back that mimics a warehouse, and proximity to the I-85 and I-75 in an industrial park on the north side of Atlanta. The EpiCity team met with representatives from their headquarters to show them flex space with their requirements.
A third client is a non-profit organization headquartered in DC, looking for a one-year deal for a canvas office in the Atlanta area. They have six full-time employees and 30+ hourly employees that will be in the space and needed to be south of I-20 and near the airport. They had originally reached out to EpiCity after seeing a listing for Armour Junction, but after discovering that the space wasn’t the right fit for them, we got to work in finding a space that better suited their business needs.
