Wall Street Conyers Professional and Medical Office Condominiums, located at the intersection of Salem Road and Wall Street in Conyers, celebrated its successes over the past four years with over 200 community partners, suite owners, tenants, Chamber members, and people from the business community.
The “We Did It!” Celebration Luncheon was held on May 11th and was hosted by Katie Beam, Marketing Director. They celebrated Wall Street Conyers’ success on the fifth anniversary of its grand repositioning, the last four of which have included Katie’s bold participation. The event was a great time to reminisce on the accomplishments over the years and to focus on the bright future for the thriving office complex, the City of Conyers and greater Rockdale County. The festivities included a BBQ lunch, a live band, and recognition of Katie and the property’s achievements.
Over the past four years, Wall Street Conyers has been a leader in the community, hosting Chamber meetings including Business Connections and Morning Motivators, as well as bi-quarterly Jump Start Your Morning events. Wall Street Conyers has hosted and sponsored two Think Tanks with industry leaders in the community, as well as a Jazz Festival and other fun community events. Under Katie’s leadership, Wall Street Conyers has raised money for Walk of Heroes, a Haiti mission trip, and helped raise over $100,000 for Prevent Child Abuse Rockdale.
Wall Street Conyers has seen a 223% increase in occupancy since 2011 and ownership of the office community space has more than doubled. There are currently only three suites remaining which together offer purchasers or tenants options of varying sizes and shapes. Wall Street Conyers still boasts its 14,028 square foot Suite 240 as the largest single contiguous professional office space on a single floor available within the greater Rockdale market. Executive suites, or solo practitioner offices, are also still available.
The celebration also honored Katie, who is transitioning to a new position at Rockdale Medical Center, where she will serve as the Health & Wellness Marketing Coordinator. Katie will continue her work in the community, and according to her, “Wall Street Conyers’ reputation for good work has grown so much that it is a beacon for collaborative efforts and community service.” Katie is looking forward to a seamless transition and continuing her association with Wall Street Conyers, which is ideal for medical businesses, as well as large and small professional companies of every type and industry.
