Velinda Bowman

Velinda Bowman has more than 20 years of property management experience and 10 years of accounting experience. She is a member of the management staff of EpiCity and responsible for overseeing bookkeeping operations and human resource development.

Prior to EpiCity, Velinda worked with MFI, an Atlanta-based property management group. There, she was property coordinator, serving as the liaison between 40 properties and the accounting department. Velinda holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in business from Clemson University in South Carolina.
