EpiCity Names Alicia Spriggs Property Manager at Epic Gardens Apartments

Epic Gardens Apartments in Brookhaven has named Alicia Spriggs as property manager for the community.  The community is managed by EpiCity.

Spriggs is enjoying her new career at Epic Gardens, having served for more than 10 years at a Henry County School cafeteria.

“Epic Gardens is home to so many wonderful people and you get a real sense of family and community here,” said Spriggs.  “I love meeting new people and interacting with people from all cultures in our community.”

Spriggs is the sister of Dwayne Bowman, EpiCity’s long-time director of property services.  She has a grown son who recently graduated from the Marine boot camp and a grown daughter in the Atlanta area, along with her close companion – her three-year-old grandson.
