Document Strategies Inc. (DSI) moved into 225 Curie Drive, Suite 300, in late March 2024, with 7,000 square feet of space, one half for warehouse and one half for office. Lance Reed founded DSI in 2014 with just one other person and now has 17 employees, comprised of sales, service technicians and administrative staff.
Not only has the staff expanded, the services have, too. Known as a print, copy and mail solutions provider, Lance and his team have expanded into commercial electric vehicle chargers–which, according to Lance–is a segment that is growing very quickly for them. They even have two charging stations on site. Lance and his wife each drive an electric car, and as Lance says, “I wouldn’t drive anything else.”
Lance started Document Strategies Inc. (DSI) in Duluth, Georgia, and then moved to an Alpharetta location where they stayed for seven years. They got to the point where they needed more space and looked for the right space for about a year. They needed flex space, a mix of office and warehouse, and knew exactly what they wanted. The problem was that they were not able to find someone who was willing to build out their space. That is, until they found EpiCity at 225 Curie Drive. EpiCity got to work building out their space and now they even have a dock, which is something they needed.
DSI is the Pitney Bowes provider for the State of Georgia. The company simplifies other companies’ technological approach to document creation, including printing, scanning and management. DSI’s goal is to maximize productivity, minimize expenses and reduce the carbon footprint of its customers. According to Lance, the business model is not just selling products, it’s offering solutions to reduce downtime, optimize different tasks, and increase profitability.
The staff at EpiCity is happy to have DSI a part of its family at 225 Curie Drive. For more information on DSI Atlanta and DSI EV Solutions, visit www.DSIAtlanta.com and www.DSIEVSolutions.com.
