Weber-Stephen Products, LLC opened its office in October 2020 at EpiCity’s Powers Ferry Business Park where it has more than 5,000 SF of office space, including Home Depot racking in the warehouse area, resembling a Home Depot store. Prior to opening at Powers Ferry Business Park, the staff of three did not have a common area to work and meet, according to Clint Pardue, Weber’s Director of Sales – Home Depot.
Weber is based in Chicago, and this Atlanta location is one of few physical locations outside of Chicago. The office was opened because of the proximity to Home Depot’s headquarters and Powers Ferry Business Park is very conveniently located to Home Depot, as well as the interstates. “This is a great place to meet in Atlanta and show off our grills and accessories,” said Clint. “We’re just four miles from Home Depot headquarters, and it’s easy for folks from Home Depot to stop by and see what we have to offer.”
At any given time there could be 15 – 20 people in the space, and they plan a couple of major events each year, as well as new product demonstrations. Clint was familiar with the space, as he was previously with a company housed in Powers Ferry Business Park, which had a similar showroom resembling a section in Home Depot. “It’s great to have a physical presence for people to come by to see what we have to offer,” said Clint. “We have an end location with receiving space, warehouse and display space, and a nice, well-maintained outdoor area, too. It’s perfect for us.”
Clint has been in the business of selling to Home Depot/consumer retail products for over 15 years. He and the rest of the crew really like it at Powers Ferry Business Park and enjoy the amenities the office park offers. “We’re happy,” says Clint. And we at EpiCity are happy to have them as a part of our community.
