As President of EpiCity, Tom Stokes oversees a diverse portfolio of office, residential, and self-storage assets. With over 30 years of experience, Tom is one of the few professionals to hold the industry’s four highest designations: CPM®, CCIM, CAPS, and MPM. A former President of the Atlanta Chapter of NARPM and adjunct professor at Oglethorpe University, he combines academic depth with "boots-on-the-ground" expertise. Tom is a Georgia State MBA graduate and Emory alumnus who remains active in the Atlanta community through philanthropic work and a passion for horseback riding with his family.
