The BeltLine Team is excited about our partnership with EpiCity as we work together to revitalize neighborhoods along the Atlanta BeltLine. Together, as part of our Committed to Communities endeavor, we’re taking vacant, abandoned homes out of the investor cycle, renovating them, and putting them into homeowners’ hands. EpiCity and The BeltLine Team both recognize that these historically rich and diverse communities of Southwest Atlanta are becoming a destination for urban pioneers who wish to live close to downtown while surrounding themselves with a small-town feel. Working with members of the community and neighborhood associations has created strong bonds that will continue to strengthen pride and solidarity through home ownership.
